Discover the peace within through the therapeutic power of art. Join us for a serene evening of painting designed to help you unwind, reflect, and express your inner calm.
Event Highlights:
We will start the session with some calming breathwork to centre you and set your intention for your meditative painting. We will follow with a guided visualisation meditation to go within yourself and activate your inner creativity, empowering you to create a piece of art that reflects your unique vision of inner calm.
Follow Up Painting Session: Paint a scene from your visualised meditation or choose a calming picture prompt to replicate/ inspire you. As you paint, enjoy the tranquil setting of the Watch House - there’ll be calming music and aromatic scents to enrich your experience.
Materials Provided: Canvas panels, paints, brushes, and all necessary supplies will be available. Just bring yourself and a desire to relax & create.
