We also highlight the importance of medicinal herbs, teas, diets, and nutrition in healing the mind, body, and soul. The highlight of the event is our therapeutic group healing session, focusing on empowering women to honor their mind, body, and soul while nurturing and supporting others within their communities. Led by an experienced facilitator, this session will cover topics including:
- Inner-Child Healing: Exploring and addressing past traumas through integrative trauma-informed care techniques such as cultivating congruence to the unconscious and conscious mind and self-esteem building.
- Building Healthy Relationships: Practicing compassionate radical self-acceptance and setting healthy boundaries.
- Personalized Healing Journey: Through reflective group discussion, guided meditation, guided breathwork, and cognitive journaling experiences, participants will personalize their healing journey, fostering self-discovery and self-expression.

Attendees will participate in engaging workshops and presentations led by a seasoned herbalist. This session will delve into the science behind herbal medicine, practical applications for common ailments, and strategies for incorporating medicinal plants into daily wellness routines. Our event brings together experts to guide participants in exploring the profound healing properties of natural remedies for healthy detoxing regimes, application of natural contraceptives, treatment of various pre-existing health conditions such as ovarian cyst or PCOS, treating depression/anxiety, improving sleeping patterns, hormonal balance, ovarian health, digestion promotion, menopause health, improving mental clarity, and more. From understanding herbal remedies' impact on the body to learning about sustainable sourcing practices participants will gain valuable insights into nature's healing bounty.

Attendees will participate in engaging artistic and creative workshops led by an experienced facilitator. This session will explore participants' abilities to harness their emotions, thoughts, beliefs, and desires, utilizing creative tools to acknowledge, process, release, and affirm their innate healing capabilities. No prior experience is needed in any of these areas, as the artistic expression is designed to be authentic and organic for each individual.
