Maryland native, Toya B is a self taught artist . Currently, Toya uses acrylic and oil paint, as well as digital media, as her mediums of choice. Her artistic goal is to both inspire and motivate others to pursue their dreams, as society tends to favor what is practical as opposed to what is passionate. Toya believes that there are healing powers in creative outlets and self-expression and as such, Toya B Creations was born in 2019 to bring joy to others through painting and painting instruction. In doing so, she encourages her viewers and students to tap into their creative side with a positive attitude while creating beautiful works of art.
