This is a process-based expressive arts class where we DO NOT CRITIQUE the paintings at all. We engage in tuning in to our own emotions/intuition/creative impulse and translating them into paint on paper. The class is not art therapy, but it is extremely therapeutic. Led by Paula Brett, certified Expressive Arts Facilitator, this class is for ALL LEVELS, no experience with art required. In fact, the less, the better! This class is about tuning into your own aliveness and following it, a practice in and of itself, guaranteed to change your life. 🫶
