Info: We will start with a fun "letting go" painting exercise. Then, I will demo the different emotion painting techniques. We will talk a bit about the archetypes while that dries. Then we will paint a mood layer that will be the background for your archetype. We will reflect on this layer and spend time with it to see who wants to emerge! We will chalk in our faces and get ready to paint them on day 2.

Info: You will paint your archetype and add any archetypical elements and final touches. Then we will spend time reflecting on what messages your painting has for you. This is where it gets really cool!
