Through soulful artmaking, yoga and sound healing, and the support of a nurturing sisterhood, you'll uncover layers of self-awareness, healing, and creative expression like never before. This two-day retreat, led by certified teachers, will give you time and space to be yourself, to feel, to be creative, and it will create connections in profound ways.
We will start each day with an energizing but gentle yoga session followed by a multi-instrumental sound healing session to help move you into a deeper state of relaxation to harmonize and refresh your soul. The remainder of the day will be spent creating art in Paint From Your Soul.
