EVENT LOCATION: Country Inn & Suites Gettysburg PA
ARRIVAL/REGISTRATION: 5:45pm INSTRUCTION: 6:00pm and concludes at 8:00pm. Minimum attendee count is 10, class maxes out at 60.
INCLUDES: 16" by 20" Canvas for attendee & all paint materials (except easel & apron - guests may bring own if desired), light snacks, non-alcoholic beverages and wine will be provided but of course BYOB!
COST: $45 per attendee (excludes Ticket vendor fee if purchased online) TICKETS AVAILABLE UNTIL 11/1/2024 or SELL OUT. Limited to 60 Guests.
HOW TO PURCHASE A TICKET:
1. Online: Complete the form below, you can pay using a payment via venmo or paypal (details will be in instructions). Tickets will be sent to you using Eventbrite page AFTER payment has been received.
2. Check: Checks can be used to purchase a ticket but MUST be received by 11/1/2024 (post date) with tickets still available. You will be added to the list of registered attendees and mail a ticket with receipt back to you for the event. Contact Christina Turley at [email protected] to purchase a ticket this way.
3. Cash/Credit Card: I only have the ability to take credit cards over the phone or in person. Cash will only be in person. If you live in the Gettysburg/Mechanicsburg or York area, I can arrange a time to meet with you in person to swipe your card and give you a physical ticket, OR you may call me directly at [email protected] or via Facebook Private message with a phone number to reach you at. You will also be added to my registration list too.
**You may be photographed during the event. By purchasing a ticket and attending PFAP, you understand and are agreeable that photos in which you may appear may be used for marketing by Artwork by Vendetti.
IMPORTANT NOTES: Tickets are nonrefundable. If you are unable to attend, your ticket (short of supplies purchased/artist fee) will go toward the cause.
