Adult paint-by-number workshop.
Research shows that creating art helps calm your nerves, lowering your stress and anxiety levels. This of it as a let-loose mediation activity that encourages you to take it slow and give your busy brain a break. Included is another optional date to return. June 14th, 6:00
This is also a BYO and dish to share with others.
Come with a smile and ready to relax, unwind, and belt out some vintage tunes. It is not expected to complete this large project in one night, but you are welcome to return on June 14th same time or at home on your own time.
