ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL! If you cancel with at least 48 hours notice your payment will be turned into a store credit (good for 60 days) that can only be used for a future class. This store credit CAN NOT be extended after the 60 days. Please email us at [email protected] to cancel 48 hours before the event. No shows or less than 48 hour cancellations forfeit your tickets. Tickets are transferable. If you cannot come, send someone in your place and let us know about the change at the door. By signing up for class, you agree to this policy.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: Arrivals more than 15 minutes after painting session has started are welcome to paint but will need to catch up on their own. Painter arriving 30+ minutes after start of class will not be allowed to paint or receive a credit. We respect the time of all our guests.
