About this Event
As the cooler winter days settle in, take a few hours to slow down, reconnect with your creativity, and enjoy the timeless art of Ottoman and Persian Tezhip in a warm and welcoming setting. Each workshop features a completely different design, so returning participants are always invited to create something new.
Tezhip, in Arabic, means 'gilding', 'gold plating', or 'decoration' . In its simplest form, Tezhip Art is a traditional decorative art form using gold and various paints.
Bring your sister, mother, friend, or come on your own and spend an afternoon creating something beautiful together.
