Tickets are non-refundable (unless the event is cancelled by the facilitator).
Cancellations with a valid reason more than 72 hrs prior to the event start are eligible for a ticket transfer to the next event.
Cancellations within 72 hours of the event start are non-transferable, however, you may gift or sell your ticket to someone else
