Led by the deeply intuitive healer and artist, Jeneva Marie, this isn’t just a workshop—it’s an invitation to journey inward, connect with your soul’s voice, and express it through the gentle medium of painting.

Through guided meditation, reflective prompts, and the act of creation, you’ll be encouraged to tap into the profound wisdom that resides within you. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner of self-awareness or new to the practice, this space is for you—a sanctuary where creativity and personal insight flow as one. 🎨✨

All materials are lovingly provided; just bring your open heart and a willingness to explore. This event is free-flowing and open to 16 and up—no artistic experience is necessary. Space is limited, so reserve your spot today to be part of this transformative, soul-nourishing experience.

Paint & Meditate is not an experience for your Sunday’s best, so be mindful of what you wear. In addition to painting, reflection, and shared exploration, sound healing will be incorporated into this guided journey, adding an additional layer of mindfulness and connection.
