Please arrive early to allow time to find parking in the village. As I will be leaving on time.
We start the walk heading downhill out of the beautiful Cotswold village of Painswick.
The walk then becomes quite hilly as we walk along lanes, fields and past a stream up through woodlands to Painswick Beacon.
The plan is to have a wander around the Beacon looking for Wild Orchids, after this we will stop at the top for our cake/snack/food and fingers crossed an amazing sunset at 21:09.
You may want to bring warm clothes and a torch for the walk back down the hill into the village of Painswick.
After the walk, the local pub may still be open for a quick drink.
-This walk could have livestock in multiple fields, during the route, that we are unable to detour. So this is NOT a dog friendly walk.
Disclaimer: I am not qualified in first aid so people are taking these walks at their own risk.
