If you're a gym goer, chances are you train hard. Push boundaries. Reach goals. Set new ones. Reach them again. Continuously striving for performance. But without acknowledging the other side of your physical and mental needs - how can you expect to continue pushing?
This two hour workshop can be used as a preventative and reactive intervention: Kieran will be bringing the downregulation strategies, alongside teaching the science behind pain, recovery, the nervous system, stiffness and how to set yourself up for success to balance pushing boundaries AND managing your physical needs.
