Welcome to the Pain Free Fitness Workshop!
Join me at CrossFit Fort Vancouver for a fun and informative workshop focused on helping you achieve your fitness goals without the pain.
Have you been dealing with a consistent ache or pain in your life, in or outside of the gym?
I’ve been hearing you in classes and outside of them. I see you mobilizing and stretching, modifying to work around the issue, trying out new things and still having a hard time finding the thing that’s at the root of your pain.
