About this Event
What is PAIL?PAIL stands for Pregnancy and Infant Loss—a deeply personal journey that includes miscarriage, stillbirth, early infant death, and more.
This class is a healing-centered and culturally grounded experience for Black women and birthing people who have experienced loss, and for those who support them: doulas, partners, nurses, aunties, advocates, and caregivers.
Together, we will:🌿 Learn what PAIL is and how it impacts Black birthing people🌿 Explore tools for emotional healing and reflection🌿 Build confidence to support others through grief🌿 Create space for grace, growth, and rising together
Whether you’re grieving, supporting, or showing up to learn—this space is for you.
🕊️ You don’t have to carry it alone.
