Packaging Operators & Receiving Material Handlers:
– $19.00 - $20.25
SHIFTS AVAILABLE
Packaging Operators & Receiving Material Handlers:
– 12 hour day shift
7:00am - 7:00pm
– 12 hour night shift
7:00pm - 7:00am
PACKAGING OPERATOR
REQUIREMENTS
– At least 1 year of machine operating experience required
– High School Diploma/GED preferred
– Experience with changeovers and basic mechanical maintenance/troubleshooting
– Ability to bend, stoop, and lift 50 pounds repetitively
– Stable work history
– Ability to work 12 hours
– Able to stand for long periods of time
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Operates production machinery in accordance with prints and specifications
– Performs required work steps within specific cycle time
– Operates presses and other manual machinery including lathes, grinders, mills and similar equipment
– Performs frequent quality checks on finished parts
– Operates test equipment and interprets pass/fail data. Experience with SAP is a plus
– Able to operate and/or learn how to operate a variety of manufacturing equipment
– Ensures batch records, equipment log books, and other relevant records are completed correctly and currently
– Adheres to company uniform and gowning policies
– All other duties as assigned
RECEIVING MATERIAL HANDLER
REQUIREMENTS
– 1-2 years manufacturing experience
– Shipping experience with SAP, RF Scanners, and Cycle Counts
– Ability to life 50 pounds repetitively
– Stable work history
– Ability to work 12 hours
– Able to stand for long periods of time
– Ability to work in a fast paced environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Ensure that all the current day’s ATD (Addition Treatment Division)orders are picked/pack/shipped within the same day
– Extreme level of customer service focused attitude required
– Ensure 100% order picking and shipping accuracy
– Will be pick/pack/shipping C-II through C-V controlled drugs
– Attention to detail and right-first-time mindset
– Ensuring proper DEA paperwork is provided, filled out, and returned to the DEA department
– Execute a daily controlled drug cycle count to ensure 100% order and inventory accuracy
– Handle movement of all materials throughout the warehouse as directed by Standard Operating Procedures
– Handle movement of all finished orders at the end of day and ensure they are scanned and loaded by FedEx
– Operation of RF Scanning guns and usage of SAP - WMS Software System
– All other duties as assigned
