Join us for an autumnal Tuna & Friends Fest! To kick off the local shellfish season, Chef Tracy Chang and the PAGU team are excited to host another seafood shellabration, coming off of a well attended Tuna Fest earlier this summer. This event will showcase late fall and early winter seafood from Wulf’s Fish. Our friend Bob Florence from Moromi Shoyu will be back to taste us on his artisanal ferments of double brewed soy sauce, chili moromi sauce, and more.
Guests will be grouped together to explore various stations featuring giant tuna collar hand rolls, a tuna butchery demo, a splendid shellfish station featuring Cape oysters, local scallops and Maine Uni, and more from Wulf’s Fish. Don’t miss out on this unique experience!

One complimentary drink followed by drinks available a la carte
We highly recommend purchasing tickets ahead of time and won’t be able to guarantee availability for walk-in at the door as we expect the event to sell out quickly as it did in August 2024. We also recommend pre-booking the splendid shellfish station so we can ensure we have sufficient quantities on hand.
