Event Update:Hi everyone!
If you’d like to join the bullet journaling gathering, please book your spot soon. We have 40 people interested, but the room only fits 12, so it’s first-come, first-served. I might run a second date if there’s enough interest.
I’ll also send some ideas for bullet journals via email so you can be ready for our session. It’s a pay-as-you-can event, with a suggested £5 donation for room hire and drinks.

Hello,
I’m thinking of offering an informal Bullet Journaling session in the little room at the Trinity Rooms.
As a very much autistic/ADHD person who seems to be allergic to time management and planning, bullet journaling has honestly been life changing. I really wish someone had shared it with me in my teens or early adulthood as it would have saved me a lot of meltdowns and disappointment. That’s why I feel called to share this journaling practice with my community.
I’m imagining a small, cosy gathering with tea, hot chocolate, our colourful pens, and our new bullet journals for the year. I can share the basics of this style of journaling, which seems perfect for the AuDHD brain, simple, flexible, grounding, and creative, with each bullet journal tailored to our individual needs.
I love drawing out my days, weeks, and months in my journal, as well as tracking my moon cycle, favourite seasonal recipes, doodles, notes, and anything that needs to get out of my head and onto paper.
It’s such a fun and easy way to organise life, with both structure and freedom. I always look forward to Sunday evenings when I sit down to draw out my upcoming week, it’s regulating and calming for my neurodivergent brain.
