Paddles, Pilates & Prosecco - A Women's Event

🌸YEG LADIES! Join us on Saturday, November 22 from 3-6PM for our first Paddles, Pilates & Prosecco event!🌸

We’ll start the day with healthy snacks and guest speakers from Bloom Therapy Wellness Collective, sharing insights on women’s health, injury prevention, and recovery. Then it’s time for a Pilates class led by Club Pilates St. Albert.

From Pilates, we’ll move into a Pickleball session, and if you’re new to Pilates or Pickleball, don’t worry! All skill levels are welcome, and our staff will be there to guide you and make sure you feel supported. We’ll finish the day with Alona from Flourish Wellness Co, who will lead a talk on nutrition in sport, followed by a glass of bubbly to toast the day.

Spend your Saturday connecting with other women, moving your body, and celebrating yourself. We’d love to see you there!

Churco Pickleball and 1st RND are providing door prizes, so you might even leave with a few goodies.
