DESCRIPTION:
This is a training session for paddlers of all levels but probably not suitable for novices (absolute beginners who don't have their own gear). If you are a novice please contact the organiser and we will endeavour to help you with gear and skills so you can participate. We concentrate on forward paddling technique and always do some hard paddling to get the heart rate up and try to build speed and endurance (within your own tolerance).
Note that ratios/quotas will apply depending on the number of Instructors or Leaders on a trip. We may take pictures of the trip and mention your name on our website. If you have any concerns about this, let the trip leader know.
