We meet at Kite beach in front of La Ola Restaurant to enjoy an afternoon of stress relieving fun activities.
Plan of the afternoon:
4.45 PM | We meet in front of La Ola restaurant. Be on time
5.00 - 6.00 PM | Paddle Boarding
6.00 - 6.15 PM | Change & Short Walk to Yoga Location
6.15 - 7.15 PM | Yoga & Meditation on the Beach
What to bring:
- Good Vibes
- Swimming Suit & Bottle of Water
- Yoga Mat / Towel
- Comfortable Clothes for Yoga
- Emirates ID / Passport to register at the board rental place
WHERE:
Both activities are happening on Kite beach.
We meet in front of La Ola Restaurant, then we walk to the Stand Up Paddle Boarding place, and afterwords we walk a bit more to the Yoga place.

NOTES:
1. Beginners in Yoga & Paddle boarding are welcome ??
2. No prior experience in Yoga or Stand up Paddle Boarding is required
3. You MUST know how to SWIM. Life west are available.
FAQ:
Can I come if I have never done Stand Up Paddle Boarding?
- Yes, this activity doesn't require any prior experience. You can sit, stand or lie down on the board. And each of those positions it's super fun. It's very easy to learn it and it takes 2 minutes. The Instructor will teach you all the essentials at the beginning of the session.
Can I come if I don't know how to swim?
- You have to know how to swim.
I have never done Yoga, can I come?
- Yes, please join us. Beginners are welcome.
