About this Event
Join Brianne Nicole Yoga for some paddle board yoga and nature!! Combining elements of water and yoga, your practice will elevate to a new level.

Your day will start with a paddle board intro class on the beach. Get to know your board and paddling techniques before heading to the water.

Once in the water, you will practice different paddling techniques and learn how to move around. As you become more comfortable, we will begin our mindful yoga practice.

Brianne's Paddle Board Yoga Background:
Brianne has been instructing yoga since 2001. In 2011 she started leading paddle board yoga in Chicago, Michigan, and Panama. She is Paddle Board Yoga certified through Juna Yoga & KSF

Time: 9:00-11:00a (Arrival 8:30a to sign waivers, get fitted for life jackets and paddles, and paddle board intro class)
