Strengthen and lengthen on the sea with this unique 90 min Paddle Board Pilates class! Using grounded, bodyweight exercises, this class will focus on alignment and stability, while also building core and glute strength. Class ends with a relaxation in beautiful surroundings. Led by Instructor Kate O'Dowd, trained in Yoga, Yoga Sculpt and Mat Pilates. No experience necessary!
