Holiday Paddleboard Bootcamp! July 5th, Monday.Join us in this Special Edition Holiday Bootcamp on... a paddleboard. We're not just going to paddle, we will work out on the board...on the water!
This event was a hit pre-pandemic and we are bringing it back.
No board? No problem. This bootcamp is @ Horny Corner right next to a paddle & kayak rental place.
Beginner & advance paddlers welcome. One pre-requisite: YOU MUST KNOW HOW TO SWIM and, if renting, attend the rental place intro course (free with rental).
-When: July 5, 9 a.m (9:00-9:40am - event check-in; 9:45 am - we get on the water)
-Where: Beach @Horny Corner, Long Beach
- Cost:
Members : free for you and your family/friends (cost of equipment rental is on you)
Non-members : $15pp or $35/family (does not include rental equipment expenses paid directly to the rental place).

All fitness levels AND first timers welcome. We will make an attempt at doing squats, lunges, planks and all that workout "stuff" on the boards. Lots of giggles guaranteed.
If renting , please arrive BEFORE 9am to rent a board and participate in the training tutorial and water safety instruction provided by the rental place. Expect about an hour of bootcamp on the water, stay longer if you want to paddle around the canals. Attn. Kayakers: You are most welcome however exercises will be performed on paddleboards. Heads-up: we will have a couple races and you will be able to partake in them.

2 lots along Ocean Blvd. or street (limited)
Expect holiday traffic and allow yourself extra time to find parking and walk over to the beach.
