PACOIMA - Free Native Milkweed Giveaway at Day of Creativity

We will be giving away free native milkweed at the Day of Creativity event being held at the Ritchie Valens Rec Center on Saturday, September 27th from 10 AM - 1 PM at 10736 Laurel Canyon Blvd, Pacoima, CA 91331. Million Little will be leading a painting event from 10 AM to 12 PM.

Every registered participant will receive a free 4-pack of Narrowleaf Milkweed (Asclepias fascicularis). We can only guarantee plants to those who have registered.

Narrowleaf milkweed is a gorgeous native plant that serves as a host for monarch butterflies to lay their eggs. Monarch caterpillars feed exclusively on milkweed leaves. Help us increase the monarch butterfly population by picking up and caring for your own milkweed plants! 😊
