A bit about our performers:

Anti-Thematic: Seth K. Thomas is a comedian, writer, actor, black swiftie, and habitual name-dropper. Seth has written, performed, and taught comedy internationally and domestically; acted, directed, and taught at The Second City, Chicago; co-written a play; and made a TikTok that ended up on Good Morning America and the Today Show. Seth most recently won Producer’s Pick at the 2024 Toronto Sketchfest. And now, has written a book. Seth lives in Los Angeles.

Esther Nevarez: Esther Nevarez is a stand-up comedian, improviser, writer, and actor currently residing in sunny LA by way of not-so-sunny Detroit. She has performed in various festivals, including The Boston Women in Comedy Festival and New York City's Laughing Devil and She-Devil Festivals. Esther was featured on the Fox/Hulu TV show “Laughs” and was also a member of the Detroit WJBK Fox 2 Morning’s “Comedy Council” segment. She has featured a variety of comedians, including Micheal Che, Rob Delaney, and Jim Norton. She’s a graduate of Go Comedy Improv Theater, and Planet Ant Improv Theater and has taken classes with UCB, The Pack Theater, and The Second City Hollywood Conservatory where she was a member of the digital sketch group Brawny. She’s currently a member of the improv group Thank You Five and a cast member of the sketch show This Week This Week. She’s also the cohost of the "We're Freaking Out" and "That's My Shit" podcasts.

Juliana LaBarbiera: Juliana (Jules) can be seen regularly at The Comedy Store, The Ice House, and Flappers. She booked a national commercial for ESPN and still knows nothing about football. Jules loves her Nespresso more than most human beings she's come into contact with. She's incredibly tall and loud and we truly don't know who let her have a microphone.

Party Trick: Party Trick is a house sketch team from the Magnet Theater in New York, NY. While birthed in 2023, its members have long haunted the stage performing sketch, improv, musical improv, stand-up, plain old regular theatre, and dance, too. Off stage, their writing has appeared on websites like McSweeney’s, Hard Drive, and The Onion, as well as actual news websites with journalistic standards and stuff. This diverse team delights in creating ridiculous yet thought-provoking comedy to find the humor in today’s stories and social norms. Party Trick has previously been selected for festivals in DC, Austin, and Philadelphia.
