We're thrilled that the much-anticipated "Pack the Park" Fun Run, taking off on May 11, 2024, at the beautiful Animal Acres Park in Lake Forest Park. This year, we're adding an extra layer of excitement with a superhero theme! We encourage all participants to channel their inner heroes by donning a superhero shirt, cape, or mask as we come together for a cause that's close to our hearts. Tell you friends to join the fun! Registration opens at 7:30am and step off is at 9:00am. Our mission is to take a stand against food insecurity for the children in the Shoreline School District. The fun run will directly benefit organizations working tirelessly to provide Friday backpacks filled with food for students in need. By joining us, you're not just participating in a run; you're wielding your superpower to make a significant impact on the lives of these children.
For those superheroes who registered in the fall, be ready to receive your exclusive run shirt as tokens of our appreciation. Fear not, new registrants and day-of heroes! Each of you will be awarded a run medal upon completing the course, symbolizing your commitment to fighting food insecurity.
We also understand that not everyone can join us physically. If you wish to support from afar, donations are gratefully accepted. Every contribution goes a long way in supporting the organizations providing these essential food packs to the students.
