Please join us in our movement to Save Briar East Woods by attending Hammond Common Council meetings! 🌳 Let's be a sea of green to save our city's ~ 4,700 year old greenspace. Wear green! Wear your Save Briar East Woods shirt. Being present is all that we ask but you may speak to the council as well: you are allowed 3 minutes. We need more people showing up at these meetings. We will not win this fight without your presence and support.There is a public comment period at the end of each meeting. We encourage everyone to speak, but just your presence is important. Come out and show your support of Hessville's dune woodland.
