Saturday, November 15th is our first Pack and Pick Up day!Today our nominated families will come and pick up their boxes.
We will need several volunteers to help us from 1pm-5:30pm. Come at 1:00pm to pack and families will start arriving at 2pm.
Volunteer roles include:
Packing bags of food
Checking in families
Organizing and passing out bags to families
Carrying food to cars
Serving as prayer partners
Driving families home (for those who arrived by bus)
Volunteer Schedule:
Packing bags of food: 1:00–2:00 PM
Distributing food: 2:00–5:00 PM
Clean-up: 5:00–5:30 PM
