Pacific Dance OnScreen is the film screening of the Pacific Dance Festival. The team at Pacific Dance NZ have brought together a collection of films inspired by Pacific dances – although not all fit into a traditional definition of a dance film, all have a love of dance at their core. Come with friends and whānau to enjoy this selection of films in one place and be swept up in the rhythms of the Pacific Dance Festival.
This year’s screening features:
'Rotuman Dance Film' by RAKO Pasefika
'TAU TAHI' by Sisi‘uno Helu
'Gagana Leiloa' by Matavai Taulangau & Villa Junior Lemanu
'Afi Loa' by Charlene Tedrow
'Revolving Reflections' by Hayley Tekahika.
The screening will be followed by a short Q&A.

Time: 2–3pm Film Screening, 3–4pm Q&A
Location: Auditorium – Lower Ground Floor
