Emma dj is a Finnish-born Paris based sound artist and dj who has been building a rapidly growing catalogue of releases as well as of a handful impromptu SoundCloud mixtapes which have gained support early on from the likes of Thom Yorke to Virgil Abloh. Forging an aesthetic of his own combining experimental electronics, dance and trap, his productions display a clear penchant for harder, grittier and ever indescribable sounds translating directly into his dj sets and more recently a live performance which was premiered at Bourse de Commerce.Emma dj has played at Berlin Atonal, Venice Biennale, MoMA PS1, Unsound, Bourse de Commerce, Centre Pompidou, ICA as well as subterranean parties across Europe, North America and Asia.
