Connor Doyle from Bump 'n Brine will serve 4 different types of oysters, while Michelle from Uva will pair each with a wine that will enhance the flavors for a culinary delight. Each pairing will include 2 oysters, for a total of 8 oysters per person. Come slurp, sip, and enjoy a night of great company and flavors.
