Oyster NightFriday December 5th
6:30-9pm
Your order MUST be placed by midnight Thursday December 4th. We absolutely, positively need to know how many oysters to order.
For those of you (and there are many) who’ve had Oysters at the Club before, we’re making a few changes from previous Oyster Nights.
Do you want to learn to schuck your own oyster? We’re going to have the safety gloves, spare oyster knives, and a station set up to teach you how. Of course, we’ll be happy to chuck them for you as well!
We’re changing up the way we prepare our Roasted Oysters. Instead of serving them in the shells (where a lot of the deliciousness spills out), we’re going to fill individual casserole dishes with Fresh Oysters, Butter, Lemon Juice, Poached Garlic, Parmesan Cheese and Bread Crumbs, roast them in the oven, and serve all that goodness with Bread slices.

Cocktail Sauce
Horseradish
Hot Sauce (I’ve got 3 kinds)
Malt Vinegar
1/2 Dozen Raw Oysters $11
Char-Roasted Oysters $15
Fried Oysters $14
with Cream Corn Grits, Baby Spinach and Peperoncini Tartar Sauce
Caesar Salad $7
Dessert: TBA $5 (we’ll obviously have something sweet for you)
