Join us for an evening of conscious physical connection. You are invited to join a guided practice of consensual non-sexual touch to make you feel as safe and secure as possible.Here's a flavour of an Oxytocin Cuddle Cafe:
Beautiful gentle music, lots of comfy cushions and a circle of sweet folk all feeling a little apprehensive, maybe shy, tired and wired from a busy life pace.
We move. We drop into self-enquiry noticing how and what we individually feel. We breathe, we breathe, we breathe!
A guided seated self-connection process starts our own softening.
Gentle, fun and slow group connection, without physical touch, noticing our own responses , comforts and discomforts.
Coming into groups of three. "So, what would feel really good for you?" We speak our boundaries and our touch wishes,
e.g. "I'd like you to sit back to back with me whilst the other strokes down from my kneecaps slowly, and softly squeezing my feet."
We continue meeting and connecting within our own boundaries, and checking in with others. Possibly choosing a group 'spooning' line if that feels good to you or choosing your place in a group cuddle puddle if that feels good to you.
We aim to co-create a deeply nourishing, soft and soothing, shared platonic space. All exercises are optional, all your spoken boundaries are essential and welcomed.
