Save the date! Join us as we reflect on a year of delivering physical and and Mental Health services across across our communities. We'll also be sharing our Annual Report and our Accounts. We provide physical, mental health and social care for people of all ages across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Swindon, Wiltshire, Bath and North East Somerset.
Our services are delivered at community bases, hospitals, clinics and in people’s homes. We focus on delivering care as close to home as possible.
Doors will be open at 5pm, and the event will run from 6pm to 8pm.
