Thank you to Herrs for providing complimentary parking for the Halloween Parade in the parking garage, metered parking and the surface lots downtown.
The line up will begin on South Street. Step off at 6:30 pm. The parade route will start on South Third and South Street and travel north up Third Street ending at Lancaster Avenue. The judges station will be at Locust and Third Street.
