About this Event
We will begin by exploring the basic functions of speed lights (flashes) then progress to off camera flash (OCF), look at more powerful studio strobes, explore other lighting options and finish our journey with complex creative lighting systems. This 6 week course (2 hours per class) will consist of a discussion of each day’s topics followed by demonstrations and plenty of hands-on experience with each class’s subjects. No prior experience with lighting is required, and those with some experience will take away something from even the first class. All will get hands on time with complex lighting scenes by the end of the course.
