About this Event

In this third presentation of our Summer Speaker Series, Scott will discuss the six species of owls that can be found in the Estes Valley. These species include the Great Horned, Long-eared, Boreal, Northern Saw-whet, Northern Pygmy and Flammulated Owls.

This presentation will delve into the habitat, food preferences, vocalization, nesting courtship and more of each of these magnificent birds.

You will see images of these owls that you will not see anywhere else, as Scott did the research and took all of the images himself.
