About this Event
Hoot and howl your way to Sheep Pasture, for our most popular program!
NRT Educator Hannah will lead a guided hike through Sheep Pasture's trails and help uncover the secret lives of these birds of the night! Participants will also get the chance to dissect their own owl pellet made up of all the undigestible bits of an owl's diet! Dig through the fur and bones to discover what kinds of animals our owls like to eat!
Night hikes are back at Sheep Pasture with our Sheep Pasture After Dark program series! Join NRT educators after hours as we discover nature in a whole new way. Each program will feature a unique topic delivered during a hike of Sheep Pasture’s trails. All hikes are slow-paced on relatively level trails and programs are suitable for all ages. Be sure to bring your flashlights good shoes for walking plenty of water and anything else you might need for this 90-minute excursion.
Tickets are available through our website at: www.nrtofeaston.org/store/p515/Owl_Prowl_%28Sheep_Pasture%3A_After_Dark%29.html
