Refreshments will be served.ALL Old West End neighbors are invited - homeowners, renters, and anyone who resides in the Old West End. The Old West End is generally bound by Collingwood Boulevard on the east, on the south by I-75 to Monroe Street, on the west by the railroad tracks, and on the north by Berdan Avenue.
