Join 4-H and the Market Livestock Auction for this opportunity to look into how livestock is processed. Participants will tour the processing area of a USDA-inspected, custom processing facility. Participants will see how carcasses are prepared and cut down into retail cuts. This event is not intended for Cloverbuds. Parents are asked to attend with their 4-Hers. Participants should dress warmly and wear clean, sturdy shoes.
This event fulfills the requirement for Market Livestock Participants for their "other" or "additional" workshop attendance.
