OWAKEN BREATHWORK PRESENTS: THE OWAKENING
Join us on Saturday 6th July 2024 from 11am - 5pm in Miami, Florida to immerse yourself in a six-hour live experience of coaching, mindset mastery, energy work, and Owaken Breathwork.
Your hosts, Hellè Weston, Lukis Mac, and their team of trauma-informed facilitators, will support you to expand your potential, release blocks, stress, unexpressed emotions, and embrace a mind-body approach for accelerated transformation.

What to bring:
Please bring a blanket, pillow, journal, pen and water bottle. You may also bring an eye mask, lip balm and non-perishable snacks if you want to. Please avoid wearing synthetic perfumes on the day to help us keep the air within the space as fresh as possible.
Where is it?
The event is in the central city area of Miami. You will be emailed the address at least 2 weeks prior to the event after purchasing your ticket.
