What to bring:

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, journal, pen and water bottle. You may also bring an eye mask, lip balm and non-perishable snacks if you want to (meals are not provided).
If you are noise-sensitive, please bring ear plugs (we recommend Loop brand).
Please avoid wearing synthetic perfumes on the day to help us keep the air within the space as fresh as possible.

The event is at the Hyatt Regency, Miami. You will be emailed the address at least 2 weeks prior to the event after purchasing your ticket.
