Considering booking the house for the first weekend in March.House takes 10, or 12 with couples/people who don't mind sharing a double mattress. IIf I get some keen people, I will book. We can paddle from Petone or Eastbourne, or even Evans Bay, depending on weather.
Staying overnight is awesome for seeing lizards and tuatara.
You'll need to bring bedding, food, drink (including water) and a headlight or torch that has a red option. Partners are welcome as you can catch the ferry there. Also useful if there's bad weather (surely not).
Probably $30 to $35 each, dependingon numbers.
Please advise by saying "going" or "interested" by January 30th.
Kayaks must be checked for rodents, insects, and W**d seeds.
