Come and learn the magic of overlocking! If you are new to overlocking or you only use your overlocker for finishing seams then this class is for you! Circular stitching, Creating cuffs and neckbands, corners (internal and external), gathering, unpicking! An introduction to stretch fabrics plus much more!
You will need to bring your own WORKING overlocker. Please make sure it is threaded and you know how to rethread it. If you don't yet have these skills you might like to book a private lesson before hand to get up to speed on this.
Because it is a group class I will not be able to take the time to thread your machine for you or adjust your tensions to improve your stitch. I do offer overlocking servicing to get your overlocker working beautifully. Please contact me in advance if you would like to book in for a service.
$55 Per Person. All materials for the course are provided. Including a range of fabrics both woven and stretch to practice on.
