Overhead Projector Shadow Puppet Workshop with Mind of a Snail

Come explore some of the shadow theatre techniques you can achieve with an old-school overhead projector. Mind of a Snail will share their approach to devising using this surprisingly versatile piece of equipment. It can be used to create simple stories, complex cinematic pieces, or vibrant analog special effects. This workshop will be part talk and part hands-on exploration.

Since 2003, Mind of a Snail duo, Chloé Ziner and Jessica Gabriel, have been developing a multi-layered style of visual storytelling using overhead projectors.
