Join us for Overflow, a Workshop Series merging physical and emotional intelligence training to create a unique wellness journey. Experience a blend of Faith and Fitness at Liberty Community Church - Northside Healing Space Saturdays from 10 am to 12 pm April 27th through June 8th.
We kick off at 10 am with a Wellness Workshop focusing on emotions, mindset, and behavior, equipping attendees with practical tools for improving health. Then, at 11 am, we have a dynamic fitness class incorporating Mobility, Strength Training, and Rhythm Step for an enjoyable and effective workout session.

About Us: Hosted by Jacob & Nicole Johnson
Jacob is the founder of Mpower Fitness LLC, a Personal Trainer, and Fitness Nutrition Specialist with over 15 years of experience helping people achieve success with their health and fitness through exercise and nutrition education, accountability, and behavior modification strategies. Nicole is an inspirational speaker, certified Life Coach, and Personal Empowerment trainer based on the Mastery of Emotional Intelligence and Cognitive Restructuring. Together they create a dynamic union of transformative wellness services.
