Come join us at The Village ICT for a 4-week journey of tackling that mom guilt! According to a study of 2000 American parents 75 percent reported feeling pressure to be “perfect” from friends, family, and social media, 1 in 4 have had their decisions questioned by other parents, and feel an average of 23 'pangs of guilt' on a weekly basis! If you are in the Wichita area and you are ready to lead a more confident future this in-person event is your chance!

We will connect with other moms, share experiences, and learn strategies to overcome and forgive the disstress that often accompanies major life changes, like motherhood. During this dynamic group you will explore root causes of mom guilt, collect different tools to set yourself up for success, and use a variety of expressive ways to heal. *The "Forgiving and Overcoming Mom Guilt" 21-day journal written by forgiveness expert Tuniscia Okeke, will be used during the course. Her work will help guide us through the complexities of healthy vs toxic guilt.

Lauren Collins with Anchor & Soar LLC is honored to facilitate this life-changing group. She is a Licensed Social Worker (LMSW), Certified Infant Massage Instructor (CEIM), Certified Massage Therapist (CMT), and most importantly, mom of three! Lauren creates an environment to promote personal growth and healing. After providing crisis intervention for over two decades she is dedicated to preventative services focusing on maternal mental health and wellness located at The Village ICT.
