We are delighted to share the news that we are holding a day course which will cover 2 of our 7 Steps from our 7 Steps to Health programme - Our Overcoming Anxiety Course covers Coping with Anxiety and Mindfulness. This course will be completely free to attend if you have had a cancer diagnosis and not attended our day course before. You will also be able to take along a supporter. If you have attended a day course before, we would love to welcome back but ask that you cover the cost of lunch at £30pp. Spaces of this nature will be limited to enable us to prioritise those who have not attended before.
