Our guest speaker will talk about her personal journey following the sudden and unexpected death of her husband and how with two young sons she could "sink or swim". Despite all this saddness her story is not only inspirational and motivational but full of amazing advice and suggestions on how we can be more positive and a "little kinder" to ourselves.
